Pay only for what you watch

About this project

The problem it solves

Today’s content monetization is broken because subscriptions don’t match how people actually learn or watch users are forced into monthly plans even when they only want one or two videos or a single lesson, creating high commitment for low-intent needs like “I just need this one explanation right now.” Ads degrade the user experience while paying creators very little, and centralized platforms like YouTube and Udemy control visibility, payouts, and delays with opaque revenue systems, making micro-creators with small but loyal audiences struggle to monetize fairly. While micropayments are the perfect solution in theory, they are practically broken on traditional rails like cards, PayPal, and app stores due to high fees, friction, and poor UX, making $0.01–$0.05 payments impossible there is still no simple “tap once, unlock this one piece of content, and move on” experience, and this is exactly the missing layer that x402 enables through truly tiny, low-friction, pay-per-use payments.
