Challenges we ran into

• When 11,000+ users flooded our platform in the first week of mainnet (last week), our infrastructure buckled. We pulled three consecutive all-nighters rebuilding our backend architecture to handle 100x the load we anticipated.

• We're currently navigating their approval process, which has become our most persistent hurdle(with Apple). We're redesigning critical components while preserving our core decentralization principles.
