Why are you participating for Based India?

I am participating to contribute to the growing interest in cryptocurrencies and to provide a simple yet effective tool for users to stay informed about market trends.

What challenges are you focusing on?

The challenge I aim to address is the difficulty users face in tracking real-time cryptocurrency prices. Many people find it hard to access timely information, and this project will simplify that process.

How does your submission address this challenge?

The Crypto Price Tracker fetches real-time prices of major cryptocurrencies using the CoinGecko API and displays them on a user-friendly interface. This allows users to see the latest prices of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Base Token instantly, helping them make informed decisions

Challenges we ran into

One challenge was ensuring the data fetched from the API was accurate and up-to-date. I overcame this by implementing error handling in the API request to ensure the application informs the user if there are issues. Additionally, I faced a challenge in designing a visually appealing layout, which I addressed through iterative design adjustments.
